Got a sweaty workout today and sometimes the hardest part is just showing up! When I first started my journey I never thought I'd be someone who would enjoy the gym, but now I feel so much better when I go & just a reminder the health is wealth! It was a busy day for me, but did a 5000 step zumba class online this morning, then squeezed in a second YouTube workout with some dumbbells this evening!
