I joined my first ---last competition too late and I lost. That's fair. I am competing against myself.


What I realized is that 99.9% of people here are trying to scam for a few extra dollars that are here honestly to lose weight. Dietbet loves the scammers because it's more percentage they get to keep. Thus site deserves a class action lawsuit

I’m not going to do the kickstarters anymore either, losing 10% when you only have a little left to lose is so hard, I just started doing transformers a few months ago and I like them much better, it’s 6 months with a small payout for 5 months and then a big one at the end. I also get way more support and the percentage to lose is a lot less

  • I didn’t think I was going to make it this time.. then I got the stomach flu and ended up losing 4lbs more than I needed to. Still not feeling great but better than yesterday!

  • I did activate recovery type of work out today this is what I ate after finally my blood sugar so far have been at 100 for 1hr

Well I had a wlw but only .1 pound. Usually my weight fluctuates day to day, sometimes by .5 but it trends downward overall when I'm really focusing on my diet. My weight has been the same for a week now despite an intense focus. No sweets, no snacks, meeting my water and calorie goal, increasing my protein and lowering my carbs. I don't know what else to do..last week I thought I had time to lose that last 2.5 pounds but the scale isn't budging! Really frustrated 😟

Thanks for the encouragement. Usually I eat dinner fairly early but today was LATE! I did drink extra water though and had quite a few more steps than usual.

What does RT stand for? I can’t remember all the acronyms she uses!

Rt is route to. Focus is 2 lbs at a time so if you are 140 lbs in your tracker write RT 138. Ilana inspires me My husband does support me - he used to say you’re going to eat all that?? I’d defend it with how it’s mostly veggies - now he says “do you have enough veggies in the house” when stopping at the store! I try to stick to plate it when I go out

I was out of town four days for a funeral. Am I too late to enter this past week's weigh in?

If I enter a weight now, I don't want it to be my final weigh in. I may be up from the funeral, and it is late in the day here.

I have about 2-2.5 left as well but it’s doable! I keep telling myself this is possible and remind yourself when you wanna make a bad choice! Remind yourself, you can do it!
