As if yesterday morning I needed to lose 2.5lbs. Doesn’t seem likely by Thursday morning but hopefully I’m at least close. I’m officially down the lowest I’ve been since having my son 2 years ago. I was unaware how different losing weight was after having a baby. But small progress is better than no progress at all.
Testing for my purple belt in jiu jitsu in exactly 39 days. I still feel like I’m in a foreign body since having my son 2 years ago and my mobility isn’t what it was before either. So if I can get a little baby weight off and be able to move a little better for my belt test, that would be a huge win.
