Non-scale victory of the week!

that last post was a little over a year ago and I have lost (some) weight off the scale but my main focus is how I dropped a full pant size and am almost a 2nd pant size down! I've gained a lot more strength! I know those aren't well seen on a scale.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I wanted to cave in so many times this week, but I didn't! yes normally haven'ting a small treat isn't the end of the world, especially since I workout every day, but being so close to the end of the bet and almost there, I didn't want to risk it.

Even though the bet is now done, I still plan to continue pushing myself and make sure I get ALL the veggies & water that I need (water is the challenge), but allow a "nice" treats

I resisted 5 out of 7 days the left over birthday cake. did really well obeying the intermittent fasting I was trying to get back on track from the weekend of birthday parties. I finished #MBF this week!

I need to up my consumption of vegetables and fruits.

I was able to fit in clothes I haven't worn in a few years!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

last week I doubled the efforts in order to minimize the impact of the multiple birthday party cakes I was going to eat over the weekend. so this week my goal is to try to have the same level of intensity to crush my end goal of the diet bet.
