Just saying hello! I was a late add to the group, so not sure I will make my goal, but I find this really helps to keep me accountable. I’m still losing and have lost 2 more pounds since I joined, so just happy to continue with my progress. Happy Sunday, all!

Last week of our game & we've already lost over 3,000lbs this month! To put that into perspective that's the same weight as a compact SUV or a Toyota corolla, which is amazing & life changing! I plan to increase my water this week & track my food consistently with myfitnesspal. What're your goals this week? We got this!

I always gain weight after exercise, be it cardio or strength. Always have, even after dozens of attempts to change it up (fewer calories! More calories! Protein! Exercise earlier! Exercise later! Yadda yadda). So I've watched the weight loss slow down quite a bit since I've been making sure to regularly exercise. Not that much of an issue, since overall exercising is good for my physical and mental health, but it is a bit annoying. I blame inflammation and the fact that I put on muscle stupid easy. (:

I hear people get actually swollen when the workout muscles so maybe that could be why

Happens to me every time! After leg day, I will be up 3 pounds the next day alone. But eventually the inflammation and weight come off!

Fav healthy meals- grilled chicken or tuna salad for lunch everyday and then for dinner I alternate every few days is grilled chicken/shrimp/salmon with spinach/asparagus/broccoli and cauliflower rice /yams / mash
