I think I just need to get this off my chest but I am having such a bad time with where my body is now to where I want to be (less weight). At the same time it’s almost giving me this feeling where I feel stuck. Like I can see the better me but I feel like I’m stuck here in this body. Any tips or fire y’all can light under me would be great! Sometimes it’s just words from someone else! Thanks!

I second 2b mindset. I lost over 50lb with it! You’ve got this! The struggle is temporary while you get your routine down, then it’s smooth sailing! Be disciplined and intentional with your foods and activity!

Scale is down today! :D

But the gym is closed for the snowstorm :( I will have to figure out a home workout, and hope that between that, playing outside with my toddler, and catching up on my chore, it’ll be a sufficient calorie burn.

Playing in the snow burns tons of calories! YouTube has a ton of workout videos too. If you don't have equipment just search for bodyweight workouts
