I got on the scale to check on my final weight in prior official weight. Come back and did final weight and realized that my phone added.6 lbs. Didn’t think about it until final weight.

I got home from an impromptu trip & got on scale weight same as when I started. Good intentions ;)

Deb you need to leave the phone on the counter nearby. Get on the scale, the weight is displayed then take the picture.

I’m feeling very discouraged. I weighed more this morning than I did at the beginning of the diet bet. I know I have been sabotaging myself and can follow the Plate It! principles better. One choice at a time…

You can do this. Have you tried any new veggies or recipes or take out that might make your Plate It more motivating? Invest in things that help you succeed. Share where you struggle with this group and you might get some great ideas to help. I have to load up my fridge with good veggie choices or else I get bored and eat my kids snacks.

I found the videos on the bodi app. Search 2b mindset super block, click join, and choose a video. It didn't cost me more to join the super block, but I already have bodi. So not sure if you can access if you don't already have a membership. I hope this helps.

  • Hello, everyone. So today, i was honored in a hoop for hope. A women's college basketball game. Honored Breast Cancer survivors/ thrivers. So as I got up & did a workout, then snowblowed ,I quickly made breakfast. Below is what my meals were today,except my son & i split a half piece of lasagna , the rest is in the picture.

  • Well.... today was my birthday 🎂 & I started ok.....but i definitely didn't drink water like normal had 1 bacardi & diet coke, not pictured. Gambled & only legit lost $20 playing slots for 4+ hours ( never happens) then I picked a restaurant for dinner my friends said "foods great"! My cousin said "foods horrible" I should've listened. So we didn't eat got the bill & went to Friendly's. plus side I didn't go crazy just a monster sundae. Now tea /water & tv.TV. but had to post. For my own accountability.

Just a quick question, I use & really like ( but never had anything different)
Chocolate vegan shakeology, ♡ the 0sugar vanilla, recover & energize do yall use all or do you use different kinds or none?

Shakeology upsets my stomach. I had to switch to something that was happier for my gut. I use a bone broth chocolate protein powder. I still have energizer that I use once in a while. Probably will stop using once it runs out or just get rid of it. I have cut back on high intensity work outs so I don’t feel like I need it. Everyone is different. If it works for you, go for it. If you are looking to try something different, this is a good place to start.

Valerie, SAME!

I get Vital Proteins collagen at a good price from Sam’s and add a half serving to my coffee. I make a protein drink a little later with half of a liquid 30g protein drink and add greens powder (Live it up), hair supplement, enzymes and probiotics. I have energize that I use sometimes too but I don’t work out hard, so it’s more for if I want an energy lift and I use a half scoop.
