Hello everyone! I actually started this Journey on Mid July. I have some lofty goals. Hoping to lose over 150 pounds. As of yesterday I was down 60.2 overall. I only just joined diet bet. This is the most I have lost on my own by just treating my body better. I have tried all sorts of diets in the past with no luck. Something happened in July that flipped a switch in my brain. I quit eating candy and chips and snacks like that. Then a week later I gave up Diet Coke cold turkey. I am down at least 4 sizes in clothes- probably more like 6 sizes now. It feels great and I am excited to supposed each other to get to this new goal!
