Non-scale victory of the week!

Planned breakfast so far with high protein. Focus on protein and vegetables for lunch. Healthy fats! Do more strength training.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I was able to control my eating better. I've gotten better sleep. I've been able to meditate daily as well.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Probably a little more control of eating, like at night time. I only eat two meals, so I'll sometimes take a few bites of something, which does break the fasting.

Avoid eating in the evening, get 8 hours of sleep, and stretch everyday.

lost 2 lbs. Kept walking and being active.

I messed up on Friday and Saturday. Had cookies on Friday, and a doughnut AND cake on Saturday.
