Ugh 1 lb away and it won't budge. I just have to keep reminding myself that I still succeed. Just sucks . Every time I have done one of these I seam to never lose the amount I need to .

In one day you could totally lose that 1 lb. Try drinking water, eat lots of veggies, stick away from salt. Weigh tomorrow. If you’re still 1 lb away, that’s amazing.

I know the feeling ! I started dieting and I was not even 7 years old ! I was skinny but had a belly :flushed: . So I learned bad habits from a very young age . I am really trying hard so that my kids don’t need to struggle like me .
I am 41 today . My mom didn’t know better and did Not Teach us much since she is still struggling with her own weight.
Today I tell my kids about getting strong and being healthy, it’s not about losing weight and getting skinny.
You have got this , one healthy meal at a time .

I feel you. Especially when dieting was introduced to me by my mother. It’s sad that it was because of other people I felt I was fat but when I look back at my pictures younger I can’t believe I believed them
