Food is my drug, so I understand the binge eating. On this journey, I’ve decided to really put focus into not just WHAT I’m eating, but WHY I’m eating. For me, this is just as mental as it is physical. Just try to focus on your mentality and finding out why you binge, then work on those triggers! You aren’t alone!

  • Dinner last night was amazing! So happy the weather is finally warming up a little in Indiana so that my husband & I can take advantage of our grill! Last night we prepped chicken thighs + chicken tenders that we can use for meals this week! We can make wraps,tacos, salads, and it'll just be easy to switch things up!   • I’m trying to eat more lean ground beef because my iron is low, so I made homemade tomato sauce with rigatoni, meatballs, chicken Italian sausage, and cheese bread. I tried to eat a reasonable portion, even though I wanted ALL the bread and ALL the meatballs and ALL the cheese lol

I’m also on a IUI journey and had to up my hormones. Have had sleepless nights and binge sessions 2 nights in a row — binged kan cheese and yogurt last night tho and Thank god saw the scale decrease. No carbs at night seems to be my ultimate formula 🙏
