  • These built bars are so good . I honestly don't like buying them cause I don't eat them like I should I could eat a whole box in a day they are 140 calories and 17 grams of protein plus collegen

  • Hi all :) I’m Lorilee, 47 years old from western Canada 🇨🇦 and continuing on my wellness journey. Nutrition has always been a roller coaster so happy to have any extra accountability! I’m approaching the last portion of my weight loss and I’m looking forward to maintenance, but it’s been a kinda challenging so hoping I can get there and stay there. Thanks Melissa for this group.

  • I’m on my last week of 4 Weeks of Focus. Still surprised how much I like this program. The combo of strength and cardio has really pushed me. Not sure what workout program I’ll do next. Anyone have any BODi favorites?

Mbf/mbfa would be pretty similar to this program though I think. I didn’t mind 4 weeks of focus when I did it either!

Thanks! I love mbf and have gone through it a few times. Haven’t tried Body Beast - I’ll check that one out. I did a couple 80 Obsession workouts and they are just too long for me - they are tough!
I just saw Joel Freeman posted that he’s putting out a new program.
