Watching my chances of hitting my goal this month slowly slip away. Ugh. I’m 1.5 years post-bariatric surgery and have lost 115 lbs. I’ve gotten this far by letting the lap-band just do its thing, but I’m coming to the realization that I need to track my food and seriously exercise on the regular. Time to establish some new habits. 💪

Thats alot to lose in a year. Congratulations. I, too, did have bariatric surgery the bypass and have only lost 93lbs in 3 years. They wanna put me on pills to lose the rest, but I'm convinced i can lose it naturally, so I, too, need to work on some new habits. It's hard, but I have to stick to it

This is my first time doing this! I have stalled in my weight loss but still have at least 50 lbs to go, so I am hoping the extra incentive and accountability will push me!
