After needing to lose 3% in 28 days for this round, the next round feels so much easier at 2% in 31 days!

I mean, I know the pounds get progressively harder to lose, but still reassuring to see a smaller number. 😊

  • I finally feel like i can see (and feel) a difference! I'm still 20+ lbs more than I was a year ago, but I'm improving, and I will get there!! (Beginning, round 1, round 2.)

Survived the weekend and hit this months goal this morning!! It feels so good to be fully committed to 18/6 IF and counting calories! When I get off track, I forget how good I feel following this plan. No more excuses!

My calories are about 1300. I exercise an hour at least 5 days per week. I'm pre-diabetic and insulin resistant so this is what my doctor suggested.

Well, i lost extra weight the first month, so I took it easy the first part of this month. Finally back on track this past week and feeling awesome! Won't make my personal goal for the month, but definitely on track for my dietbet goal. One month till my trip to Hawaii!!

  • Down 14 lbs. this month and beat my Round 1 goal by 2.1 lbs., so I’m that much closer to my Round 2 goal. I see a little bit of a difference, but it doesn’t look like 14 lbs. worth to me.

I see a difference! Your upper body has definitely slimmed down! Keep up the good work! And I agree with using a "goal" outfit or pants, that is always a nice motivator instead of constantly obsessing over the scale!
