  • Hello everyone! We have officially arrived at weigh in day! A few things :

    - First of all - thank you all for being here! I've enjoyed starting 2025 with you and im overwhelmed with love, encouragement, support, and all the positive vibes you all bring daily! I love this community so much and can't wait to keep reaching our goals together this year + weve already lost over 5,800lbs to start the year, which is amazing!
    - Any problems weighing in please email support@dietbet.com and they can help! Or you can use a desktop computer to reset your weigh in. You have today and tomorrow to submit final weight!
    - YOU ARE WORTH MORE THAN A NUMBER. Over the years i've lost games BUT always knew I can only fail if I give up, especially after making progress! If i had quit it wouldn't have helped me to lose over 300lbs & keep standing up no matter what!! Win or lose. I made healthier decisions the whole 4 weeks than I would have before - and that's what makes us a winner, not a number on the scale! To me we are all winners just by being here! Be proud of yourself and keep fighting my friends!

  • Made a new recipe and Oh.my.goodness!!!! These little enchiladas are so good!!! I count macros so I weigh everything I eat so this took a little time preparing. For 2 - 334 calories, 29g protein, 11g fat, 28g carbs ????

Jessie - these here are extra lean ground turkey, but chicken would be good too

T-nay I just kind of winged it lol I I had a 6 muffin pan so I did 6 tortillas (cut them into crosses to make them fit - I had to use tooth picks to hold them in)

1.5 oz extra lean ground turkey
30g enchilada sauce
14g cheese (I had mozzarella so I used that lol)

I measured each one out and I ate two as a serving for those macros.

Oven at 350 for 10-15 min (ground turkey was already fully cooked)

What happens if you lose more than goal weight??

Hi deliarocksww, players in the 4 week kickstarters can lose more than their goal and still be a winner of the game. If you lose 12% or more of your initial weight, you will be disqualified though.

    I slowly do get used of my healthier food choices, but the craving for sweets is still intense. Having something at home, I certainly would have eaten it yesterday - so my decision not to by anything was very good. Instead I had an extra apple😊

steven - thanks for the advise, but I don’t think we have the jello bombs in germany - if it get‘s to heavy, I normally mix some greek yoghurt 2% fat with 3 gr Esn Protein Flavor Powder chocolate caramel bar :blush:

  • Hello all, DietBet veteran here. I used to do these before Covid hit and won most. Once Covid hit, I lost my job, had to move out of the house I was living in, and lived in my small RV (with a kitchenette at best) for over 4 years. My girlfriend and I moved (Nov. 1st) into a condo where I have a decent sized kitchen again. We both agreed to start dieting after New Years; I’ll be Lazy Keto again, she’ll do Weight Watchers again.
