Sunday morning I was 150.6 (3.8 lbs below goal). This morning I was 155. 😂 Literally have done nothing different. Why are our bodies so weird and confusing? I’ve been at/below goal since the 14th and randomly my body says HAHA JOKES ON YOU. But it’s okay, juice cleansing and getting my water in today. Whatever happens will happen. I don’t need advice, just here to vent and if anyone else is also experiencing this weirdness you aren’t alone! 😂 Looks I’ll be weighing Thursday morning instead of tomorrow morning unless by some weird miracle these extra random 3lbs fall off as quick as they showed up!
My weight loss has been completely unpredictable. I was one pound away from my goal then woke up today to be 5 pounds up! Ridiculous! Perimenopause sucks!
Having to do a unexpected trip home to Canada. Bit stressed about the workout and food situation, I've gotten into such a good routine here, and worried I won't be able to keep it up. Will also have to do my weigh in, in Canada with a different scale... not sure if that is ok
I am looking for a good protein powder to put in smoothies as meal replacement. Low or no sugar, low carbs. Something healthy but great tasting. Any suggestions?

Last week I still had junk food from Christmas in my house and I have gotten rid of it all because I just don’t feel well eating that way. So this week I’m trying to push through and eat normal food
I'm trying to test out different group fitness classes at my gym; I get intimidated and tend to find my way to a treadmill, put my eyes down, workout and leave lol but I'd love to push myself to go enjoy the variety of workouts available. I've signed up for zumba tonight, now to put away my anxieties and not hit "cancel"... haha
