I'm in such an "I'm over 40 and my body is getting mad at my food choices" slump. We eat fairly healthy meals but I'm looking for healthy breakfast ideas and snacks. I'm also thinking I need to go dairy free... anyone have thoughts/favorites?!

Are there certain foods you like or don’t like? Or are you looking for quick breakfasts? Meal prep ones? I can’t offer much in the way of dairy bc I use Greek yogurt and cottage cheese, but do you have an allergy (all dairy is off) or more of a change in mindset and wanting to try less?

Any suggestions would be fun to try! I'm going to stick to almond milk but haven't had issues with yogurt or cheeses!

Ready to get going. My goal for this is to consistently exercise at least 30 minutes a day for at least 4 days/week. I know that may seem simple for some, but I’ve been slacking on the exercise portion of fitness lately.

  • My daughter is on this dessert kick, so she’s been making all these great stuff I don’t want to eat.

    So I asked her to make me something high protein!!

    She blended cottage cheese, fresh raspberries, lemon zest. Topped with hemp seed coconut flakes and cacao nibs!!

I actually didn’t eat it yet lol I still had my tuna and come fish already prepped so will report back tomorrow. I did taste it before she finished and it was bomb.com!!! I’ll def be making it more often.

  • I already had two chocolate rice cakes my blood sugar dropped to 54 and that was my alarm this morning and it don't want to go up so more carb to day that two toast. With butter egg whites omelette with grilled chicken and cheese
