although I did not get to exercising, I followed the keto diet along with fasting and prayer. So happy with my results in only a week!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
start exercising, but I am going on vacation for 4 days to the mountain. I plan on making meals where I am staying and limiting the amount I eat out. when we do go to restaurants, I plan on making healthier choices.
