We were traveling so we ate out every meal. I made OK choices and lost a pound.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I started my Bible study in the book of John. I had no Starbucks yesterday and I'm not going to have it today....this is a 21 year habit I'm trying to break!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Not get Starbucks. Also I'm eating less but of my normal foods. I need to change more of WHAT I eat in addition to how much. We are traveling this week for spring break so all meals will be eaten out.
