My job is very sedentary, my goal will definitely be to move more. I'm also looking for some good meal prep lunches. Any ideas and/or recipes? I usually just take a portion of leftover dinner for lunch the next day.
I eat leftover dinner for lunch as well. For me it is the easiest and most tasty! Plus, I log my macros the night before, so it’s one less thing I have to do the next day.
Hi everyone! I lost over 100lbs over 5 years ago and credited alot of my motivation at the time to this group and diet bets! Over the last few years going through covid and a messy divorce I've gradually put back on 50lbs looking to find my motivation again and myself! Thanks , it was pretty easy to make ! I make sheet pan fajitas and I freeze some in individual portions. And then I can make a healthy meal just for myself quickly .
