  • I made Everything Green Beans and it was easy and pretty tasty. Not my favorite vegetable but definitely a great and easy way to make them.

I make these as a side for all our family get togethers. Easy and yummy. I have used both fresh and frozen. But I like the frozen version better.

  • I started a new workout program today. Love BODi workouts! This one is 4 Weeks of Focus. I liked it way more than I thought I would. Pretty simple moves but put together differently makes it go by so quick. Yesterday there was so much chocolate at work and I couldn’t resist and ate some. For dinner I focused on veggies most with some lean protein. Didn’t eat anything after dinner (had a cup of tea instead).

I did this program at the end of last year. Lots of squats but I loved it
