If you’re still 1-2 pounds from your goal, this is your friendly reminder that’s approximately how much 💩 your large colon can hold! 😆

Yesterday I was 0.2 over my goal, but I hadn’t had a good BM in a couple of days.

This morning after some, ahem, movement, I’m a pound under.

Stick with it (and include fiber and hydration in your weekend plans 😉)!

  • My daughter is on this dessert kick, so she’s been making all these great stuff I don’t want to eat.

    So I asked her to make me something high protein!!

    She blended cottage cheese, fresh raspberries, lemon zest. Topped with hemp seed coconut flakes and cacao nibs!!

I actually didn’t eat it yet lol I still had my tuna and come fish already prepped so will report back tomorrow. I did taste it before she finished and it was bomb.com!!! I’ll def be making it more often.

Also, is it just me or is anyone else having a hard time doing this weekly weigh in? Could it just be an option to send a video?

You're not required to do a weekly weigh-in, it's voluntary. I don't have anyone to take my pictures, I just stand in front of a full-length mirror and take them myself. Hope this helps.

Chaffee just one eggs and half a cup of a cheese makes 2.

Cucumbers salad, just sesame oil a teaspoon of Thai chili sauce, seasoning and sesame seeds! I add hemps seeds now to everything for extra protein.

  • Pumpkin Pie 😋 hit my goal weight last week. But…it’s been bouncing around playing with two pounds. Basically in melting mode but…food has been on point but sleep has been more off than on. My workout consists of The Sure Thing so I have been lifting. Maybe my muscles are holding onto all that water I am drinking. Happy Thursday 🌺

  • My parents are in town visiting and we are heading out to breakfast soon. Decided to get some extra veggies in before we go so I don’t overindulge in foods that throw me off track. This is leftover roasted veggies from dinner mixed with a little homemade hummus and a few pistachios on top for a little extra flavor. Way tastier than I thought it would be!

I love meal prepping, even if just for myself to know with 100% certainty I have what I need in the fridge/freezer to succeed.

Same! I especially avoid drinking sugar (like coffee drinks). I make mine at home with unsweetened almond milk and flavored Stevia drops. English Toffee is my favorite!
