there was one day when I came in under my calorie goal and didn’t feel the need to “max out.”

I need to stop believing that I can “walk” more to eat more or to make up for pigging out. This all gets back to my maturity/relationship with food. Stop maxing out. Stop pigging out with treadmill as savior rationale. if you want to be sceptical about something, the conspiracy theory is this: your scale and treadmill are colluding against you.
