I didn't quite make my goal this month or last, but i am down 19 lbs this game and 58.6 down since last year when I started focusing on getting healthier again! I have about another 35-40 to be in what my doctor and I think would be a healthy range for me. Trying to stay focused on the progress, not just the snapshot in time. 😊
