Guys, guys, I'm a half pound away from my goal! One of the weeks I'd actually *gained* a few pounds so I got scared but to have turned it around (with your help, THANK YOU) and to be so close now is exciting. Last night I had a dream that 3 days away from my goal I ate a whole cake or something πŸ˜­πŸ˜‚ and was so relieved to wake up and find out I hadn't actually done that! ❀

It's crazy how this game keeps you on track. I'm 1.5 lbs away from my goal, with 4 days to go, and my trend hasn't been to lose 1.5 lbs in that short of a time so I got a lil bit nervous this morning. I really do want to make it!

My favorite snack is shredded cheese, add pickles, and the more shredded cheese on top. Place it in the air fryer and they are so crispy when finished!

Oh no, oh no! 😭

Last month I was 100% dedicated, I didn't eat even one bite of sugar or bread and had smaller portions and I did it, I lost what I wanted to lose! (About 2 pounds per week)

This time I was on the same path but then I ate out on Monday, had half a veggie burger (with bun), a slice of pizza, 1 bite of chocolate chip cookie & 1 spoonful of vanilla ice cream and I woke up this morning to find I GAINED 2 POUNDS!

😭😭😭

I'm going the opposite direction now!

It's 2 friends birthdays so I'm supposed to eat "normal" things AGAIN with 2 other people this week. I really want to participate. I'd thought I could do it on a once in a while rarity basis.

I'm so disappointed in myself that I've given myself an even bigger hill to climb. πŸ˜”

Personally I noticed I need to trick my body! I do awesome for 5 to 6 days then one day a week I allow myself to enjoy food with my family but I still calculate it into my MyFItnessPal. Yes the scale goes up for a couple of days but then it starts to melt back off! Last diet bet I lost 13lbs going this!

we all do it do t worry; life happens. My daughter gave me great advice; have the thing you want but think what you can add or change to make it a big healthier. That was we don’t fall into the trap of being hard on ourself.
