Quick question … my partner has been on a weight loss journey and reached his goal. Yay! I am wondering if there are maintenance groups he could join? He doesn’t need to lose anymore but wants some accountability to not gain it back. Thank you!

YES! There are maintenance games- though i think they may be Member-Only games. Usually 8 weeks and you have to stay within X % of starting weight!

Has anyone here ever played any of the members only games? Are they worth it? I’m debating buying a membership but as it’s $50 ish for the year it’s a lot for me to drop but I feel like it would keep me accountable for the year and in the future as I get closer to my goal weight they have some slower losses

i like them- im currently in one that is no dietbet split- so 100% of pot gets split with winners! it also has a 2 week weigh out period, so its a bit easier to make and you can time it better with any weight fluctuations you have!

They have all kinda of variations that are good for different people- Higher stakes, 3% in a month, maintainer, etc.

This isn’t an adjustment to my behavior necessarily. But I felt like I never knew when an official weigh-in was going be needed. I did it as soon as I noticed the request, but it was always after a meal and always more than my unofficial weigh-in that day. I think I’m going to try and mark the days that require an official weigh-in better on my calendar so I can plan ahead. It was a little demotivating to put in a heavier weight than I was earlier in the day.

Honestly the only day an “official” weigh in is required is at the end. The other weigh ins are every Wednesday (in Pacific Coast Time) and they’re not needed. They’re voluntary to help keep you on track and enter you into the prize drawings if you’ve paid for a membership.

Don’t let it get you down if your weight fluctuates throughout the day as long as it’s going down week to week. You got this.

When is the latest possible time we can log our final weigh in eastern time zone? I saw it was March 31-April 1.

It is before 11:59 PM on April 1st. Technically, I, think the deadline is in the pacific time zone, but to be safe I recommend weighing in before midnight in your own time zone.

    Time to put ALL the challenges together to create the FINAL CHALLENGE! Here it is and it has 3 parts:

    1. Water-Drink at least 64 oz. of water 5 days this week.
    2. Fitness-get at least 30 minutes of exercise 5 days this week.
    3. Nutrition- 5 servings a day from the fruit/vegetable group, 5 days this week.

    **On Friday there will be a post for you to comment under if you completed the challenge. The deadline to report in is Saturday 10:00 PM PST. The prize drawing will be held on Saturday shortly after that, for the $40 cash prize.

  • This week I’ve been enjoying this Mediterranean salad. Not exactly homemade but yummy and less calories than some of the other salad kits. I got it at Costco.
