  • Ran 15km on Sunday morning.
    On one side, it's easier to run in the morning because you are lighter :) On the other side, there is a risk to get too hungry during the day and just to regain all the calories
    Have you noticed a difference if sports at the beginning or at the end of a day helped you stay in shape more?

Whatever works for you that you will stick with. If you are t a morning person, you’re less likely to get up and work out in the morning. I’m not motivated after work. Morning workouts work best for me.

  • Wowowwo I put PB2 in vanilla Greek yogurt topped it on 2 choc rice cakes with a few dark chocolate chips. I’ll post tomorrow on IG!

    It came out like peanut butter fluffffffff omg so good and 21 G protein!

I don't know about others, but I have been failing nutrition wise every weekend. Last week, it took me almost an entire week to just get back to where I started. And even though I tried harder this weekend, I'm still 2 pounds up from Friday. I can't seem to get my eating under control, and it's consuming me. Anyone have any advice? Or honestly words of encouragement. Thank you! ❤

Also, if you don’t already have one, get a kitchen scale to weigh your portions out. It’s a game changer!

The point with a kitchen scale is great. I eat 90% healthy food, but just too much of it! When I am at home

I see your point - couldn't help myself when colleagues brought cookies to work or if there is a buffet

I am in a couching / phycological therapy. And my therapist has tought me to think every time you are offered smth:


I WILL PROFIT FROM NOT EATING THIS FOOD!
It was such an insight. So simple but genius. I always had mixed feelings from being proud of getting smth for free just because it's free and being upset because of useless calories

  • Was so happy about winning my first game so I signed in directly for the next one.
    Lost control at the beginning and now it's tricky to reach the goal. It's fine when I am at work, but when I am at home I consume too big portions. I think it's about hormones, dopamine. Told myself every time I want to snack or start doom scrolling, hug my cat
