Non-scale victory of the week!

My daughter gave me a gym-membership in January and yesterday I went to the gym for the first time. Late, I know, but better late than never, right?

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

My schedule has been off, and I'm still eating late at night.

I really want to get back to having an early (healthy) dinner and then NOT EATING until the next morning! :)

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I usually plateau out at around 150 pounds. I have a small frame, and that's at least 30 pounds of excess weight.

I want to stop late night eating. I've successfully done that before, but in the past 6 months or so, I've drifted back into doing that, so this week, I'd like to work on that.
