I'm at a plateau weight for me. Previously, so many times I've gotten to this weight only to stay here for a while and then start gaining again. I'm working on breaking that pattern, and to do that, I'm definitely eating healthier. Entering everything that I eat into an app is helping with that. I was tired this week, and one night I was so tempted to just get something "healthy" at drive-through, but I came home and made myself a delicious fish dish instead: tilapia filets baked on top of cherry tomatoes. It was delicious, btw!

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
I had a medical procedure where I can't exercise for a couple of weeks, so in lieu of that, I've just been trying to get in 5K steps each day, although for at least one day, even that wasn't possible. And missing exercise contributes to my insomnia, so this week, I'm just going try to accept that I still can't exercise and work on my insomnia.
