Down 21.4# since Dec. 30th…no sugar, so fried foods, no eating out, only at home, healthy meals. High protein, low fat, low carb, 100 ounces of water each day…most intake early in the day and 1,200 cal or less… am going to start bike exercise on Monday, March 24th . . #hotgirlsummerloading
