Non-scale victory of the week!

I had my annual check-up and my vitals were the best in 5 years. Before I was introduced to Diet Bet, I lost 30 lbs and I hope to lose more.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Walking across the bridge near my house is a challenging 3-mile course. My alcohol intake is zero, and I have very few refined carbs in my diet. I hope everyone else is doing well, too.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I am going to up my hydration, started vitamin d supplements (doctor suggested), and stay on my exercise schedule.
