Non-scale victory of the week!
This week had an awesome non-scale victory. I put on a 42 waist pair of pants comfortably. I was at 50 inches when I started. The scale may only move a couple of pounds per week, but that equates to 50 dropped pounds since I started Diet Bet. Always, I don't view this as a competition, but a community. I am rooting for everyone to win!
