Walking across the bridge near my house is a challenging 3-mile course. My alcohol intake is zero, and I have very few refined carbs in my diet. I hope everyone else is doing well, too.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I am going to up my hydration, started vitamin d supplements (doctor suggested), and stay on my exercise schedule.
