Non-scale victory of the week!

I planned ahead for Mother’s Day brunch and looked up a recipe for a gut friendly breakfast salad. I ate so well - felt satisfied and passed on desert!

my goals are to track my food, and loose 2lbs. I am feeling tired and puffy. Here is a photo from yesterday. I want to shed weight, feel great, look healthy(not tired) and have energy. This is my starting point - let’s do this!
