Hit was a killer today.
Nutrition: I’m a 16:8 intermittent fasting person ( been doing it for 3 years). Hard to come off. Plus I had surgery 2 years ago today to repair a simple hi anal hernia and they nipped my esophagus.. so truth is I don’t eat right or my body doesn’t really let me. Long story lol. But mainly soft food..
But I have felt I need to increase protein and thinking of going back to protein shakes.. ( issue is if I do them it’s all I will eat all day.. I truly just can’t eat more full meals)
I wish I could get in the heads of Joel or Megan to just talk about the good and bad and really explain the ENTIRE thing.. ( now I’m rambling).
So I use to love Shakeology but don’t want to order it for time sake.
Send me some of the best ones you all use.. ( ps I’ve also become lactose intolerant from all of this ?
