  • It was a fantastic Friday filled with good news, setting the perfect tone for my workout! Week two of the Liift More super block is officially completed. This was an incredible workout, and one shoulder move, though new and humbling, challenged me in the best way. I pushed through with heavy weights and truly felt the effort. Now, I'm off to make lunch and savor the rest of my day!

  • You know, they say that making your workout a priority first thing in the morning is the best way to go, and I definitely found that to be true today! I woke up feeling a little off—maybe the rainy weather was getting to me, and I was worried a migraine might be on its way. But I powered through my workout, and afterward, I unfortunately came down with the flu. I'm really glad I got my exercise in early, if I had waited, it probably wouldn't have happened at all! Now I'm just taking it easy for the rest of the day, making sure to drink plenty of water and rest up. Fingers crossed I’m feeling better tomorrow!

  • Woke up feeling exhausted today. Midweek struggles are testing my resolve. This back workout was incredible, and I know I'll feel its positive impact. I'm thrilled to be tracking my weights, since January, I've been consistently lifting heavier and stronger.

  • Leg day! This super block is pushing me to my limits ? I lifted heavy today and truly felt the challenge. Those jump squats were intense, but I powered through. I’m feeling strong and accomplished now. It's Day 2 of the Dietbet, and I’m already seeing results 😜 I know I’ll reach my goals! Plus, the recipes are not only delicious but also simple.
