- Full body hiit done. I just wrapped up another monthly calendar, and I can't help but feel super proud of what I've accomplished! During the first half of the month, I totally nailed the Liftmore Super Block, and for the second half, I've been rocking the Diet Bet calendar. I’m almost finished with that, and then I’m really looking forward to jumping into the 25-Minute Speed Train. Can’t wait to try it! 😀
