  • Full body hiit done. I just wrapped up another monthly calendar, and I can't help but feel super proud of what I've accomplished! During the first half of the month, I totally nailed the Liftmore Super Block, and for the second half, I've been rocking the Diet Bet calendar. I’m almost finished with that, and then I’m really looking forward to jumping into the 25-Minute Speed Train. Can’t wait to try it! 😀

  • Leg day was a blast, and I embraced the challenge without modifying the bench step ups, even adding weights this week! Celebrating those non-scale victories brings me joy. My body feels more sore, but that discomfort is a testament to my hard work and growth.

  • I've been feeling so good in my skin lately, and it's remarkable how long it’s been since I felt this way. I started this year committed to a fresh start, determined to get fit and finally shed the weight I had struggled with for years. This January, I dedicated myself completely to Joel’s workouts and embraced lifting heavy. Now, in May, I'm down almost 30 pounds, feeling incredible, and lifting more than ever. Joel’s programs have been the key to my success, and I can’t wait for Speed Train when it launches, knowing it will further support my weight loss journey. ??

Wow that's amazing! So great to hear you're feeling better about yourself and enjoying the journey. I agree 100%, Joel's workouts are a game changer. Going back to them helped me get out of a mental health funk earlier in the year.

  • So, yesterday I planned to wake up at 5:45 to get my workout done before work, but that didn't quite happen! I ended up staying up until midnight to pick my daughter up from work, and I was definitely too tired to rise early this morning. However, I made a promise to myself that once work was finished, I'd tackle that workout, and I’m proud to say I kept it! Tonight, I’m definitely aiming to hit the hay early so I can get into a routine of working out before I have to wake the kids up in the morning. I really want to have my workout completed before work, and with my new day shift, it’ll be an adjustment, but I know I can make it happen! ??

It’s definitely an adjustment trying to get it in before the day starts! But after a few days hopefully it will become the new normal for you. I always feel great if I do it and “one less thing to do” later haha

  • I wrapped up the week with a HIIT LIIFT4 leg day, and I’m feeling pretty proud of myself! It didn’t involve any weights, which is perfect since I’m definitely feeling the soreness from this week’s workouts. I’m really looking forward to a nice self-care day tomorrow and taking a well-deserved rest day from exercising! 😊
