Non-scale victory of the week!
meal prepping was great! i threw chicken in the air fryer at 620am for lunch/dinner, also prepped tuna salad for two lunches
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I’m not sure if I’ve set my deficit too low, so still playing with those numbers, however I’ve had way less bloating!

try to reach my water goal everyday. it’s been hard with inconsistent scheduling to get 135 oz in. also going to bed a little earlier, so I can wake a little earlier
