Long-term goal weight

125 lbs

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

My body has so many intolerances and I have t quite narrowed them all down, so eating food can be a challenge. My diet has changed a lot in the last couple years with this new discovery of health and wellness. However, the scale is just a number as I’ve built a lot more muscle.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

I would like to try some of the new recipes, but also focusing on keeping things simple (lots of items on repeat as I’m a busy mom as well). I’d like to get 7.5-8 hours of sleep nightly, and excited to start back into a Joel hybrid ?
