What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Started ozempic. Honestly, I’m so frustrated. I track the food, workout, and nothing happens. I’m almost back to my starting weight. Was my food perfect? No. Was it on track 85% of the time? Yes. I just don’t know how to do this in reality without medication.
