We’ve got All-Star baseball all weekend and it’s over 100! Yesterday I only ate the food I packed, which was lots of fruits and veggies (to help with hydration) and some lunch meat and hummus for protein. Focuses on the same goal today. Only eat the food I pack! And pound the water!
