Yay, Jo! That's such a great habit! I've noticed on the days where I can walk in the morning vs evening, I do better eating-wise....like I don't want to waste those burned calories! lol!

Sorry for asking but why is this?

Sometimes they’ll ask for a video submission if they think something is off with your regular photo one. I weighed out for another game a few days earlier and it was denied while I was at work so I didn’t bother looking at it again. Apparently, the video request remains until you submit a video no matter what game it was for initially.
