I forgot I was in this bet!!!! Praise the Lord I followed my dietician's meal plan and ate low inflammatory foods for most of the month and especially yesterday. I made it in. Phew!

@L L I never thought I'd be so affected by my diet post partum because it never affected me like THIS before. I was heavily into calories in, calories out method. But feeding another human.... holy crap do I feel every microgram of vitamins and minerals I do or do not consume! And the inflammation can be next level.

  • Been off my feet for the better part of *two years* with what was recently found to be a tumor on a nerve in my ankle. Finally was able to start working towards a cure, so joined up with a few Kickstarters knowing that I would be able to actually walk and move and it feels so gooooooood to be back on my game! Immediately dove into a major yard restoration and all my hard work is paying off both visually for the yard and physically for me. I’m so happy and hope the rest of you had just as good of a past month! 💪💪💪

Hi everyone, the day before we weigh in I need to be outside in the heat without any refrigeration etc. Any ideas for a healthy dinner that is protein rich that doesn't need to be refrigerated and won't melt in the heat? I'm at a loss!

Consistency is SO important!! I can be at a continual loss if I maintain a caloric deficit all week (as opposed to being good M-F and eating poorly on weekends to play catch up the following week).

I’m doing a stepbet alongside this dietbet. It’s making sure that I get out and walk even if I’m tired after work. I’ve made a “summery walks” playlist to listen to as I walk. I’ve also got an audiobook if I fancy a change.
