I didnt eat as much junk as I thought I would

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

If I wasn't so sick and barely being able to move and consume healthier foods, my progress would've been a lot better. but I focused on getting better.

Giving up after my back goes into spasm (chronic spasms in lower back) or when I stress-eat, and having an all-or-nothing mindset.
