    How do you plan to stay on track over our first weekend in the DietBet?

    I like to plan put my meals in advance on the MyFitnessPal app to make sure I am staying in my calorie range. For example, tomorrow, we're making pizza, and I'm going to make an egg white and coconut flour crust for mine to hit my calorie and macro goals! So I can still enjoy while staying on track with my goals!

I try to find out what we're eating ahead of time for the day. Like supper. Supper is usually the highest for calories for me. And then I kind of plan around that meal.

  • Thought it could be fun to share our workout plans if you have any for the challenge! Maybe inspire and motivate each other!

    I'm going to do the new 25 min Speed Train on Beachbody every day. Quick and intense weight workouts cuz time is precious!

    I'm also going to try to do a walk most days with my weighted vest and also wear the vest around the house when I'm cleaning and stuff for that extra calorie burn and strength benefit!

  • What's everyone doing for their diet during the diet bet? Are you tracking calories and macros? Eating intuitively? Trying something new?

    I'll be doing the old standby of tracking my calories and macros in the MyFitnessPal app. Just tightening up my calories a bit to get into a calorie deficit. 💪
