Non-scale victory of the week!

It's been a go this week for the final push. Went out with friends Friday, Saturday and planned to go to drag bingo today. While they were eating toasted cheese and hitting the charcuterie board of calories; I stuck too it had two light beers and some olives. Totaled for 500 Calories! Finding out having fun doesn't mean eating everything on the menu. I was delightful company as usual. See you all at the final weigh-in in GO TIME.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I had a few outings with friends, with of course, drinking and eating. Somehow and from somewhere, I stayed with a salad and sparkling water. Not sure where that came from, and a couple of times it was dicey. However, true friends are there for you sometimes in very odd ways.
