Non-scale victory of the week!

I ate at Five Guys. Snacking more than I would have liked to. Failed at trying to do alter-day fasting for a week straight.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have been a more disciplined with my eating habits. That would have saved me some money.

Stayed focus on my goal. Stayed on strict diet. I had one cheat day but managed to lose weight.
