I can’t believe it did it! I got a gym membership, focused of foods that would fuel my body instead of sticking to a strict diet! Drank a toooon of water! Thanks for the motivation! I’m almost at 20 lbs lost!

Challenge for the last few days: Pick one tiny habit and nail it every day.
