I’m not doing great on this Dietbet. I’ve found consistently logging my food to be a challenge, especially with the disruptive weather we’ve had here in the southeastern U.S. (changes to meal-planning, comfort food and so on). Today’s a new day, though, and I’ve pre-logged my lunch and dinner. Now I just need to stick to it.

My family is my motivation- my kids don’t slow down and I need to be able to carry allll the things, still carry the little one, scrimmage them in sports 😅, show them how to eat healthy and everything else that comes up.

I am here because I need to lose some weight. Beginning of January I weighed in at the heaviest I've ever been and I've had 4 kids. I hit more than I was when I was pregnant with my one daughter who was 11 lbs when she was born. All this extra weight is starting to cause feet and leg problems. I need to get healthier not only for myself but for them too.

Finally a game I got motivated for. I have been struggling to get back into fasting. This month I “fasted like a girl” with that book for guidance BUT I also ate the diet the author recommended during each part of the female cycle and it helped support me entirely. I’m learning you can’t have it all. You can’t just fast and eat what you want. It isn’t sustainable. Surpassed my goal by two pounds!
