Non-scale victory of the week!
Been fighting a shoulder that's pinched up but continued to stretch and push through the workouts. On top of that im current switching jobs while doing side jobs for my business so the stress levels have been more than normal.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Could have been a little better on macro counts. I didnt do bad but my original plan was to cut them the last week or 2 some to help the calorie deficiency.
