Non-scale victory of the week!
I worked out every day of the week and started strength training. I can see that I didn’t lose any weight this week likely because of that.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Great week, stuck to all my goals. Was hard to go out to eat and stay focused on low calorie, nutrient rich meal.
