I worked out every day of the week and started strength training. I can see that I didn’t lose any weight this week likely because of that.

Great week, stuck to all my goals. Was hard to go out to eat and stay focused on low calorie, nutrient rich meal.

I was able to drink more water and I was full before finishing each of my meals
