Non-scale victory of the week!
Only ate one small slice of cake for my birthday.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Not had another slice of cake yesterday (not on my birthday). I could have just had the one and been happy with it. Although, it did give me an automatic headache, so that will help me not do it again.

No sugar again. Having cake after not eating sugar for 6 weeks did NOT make me feel good.
