I want to give you a positive perspective as a teammate in this Diet Bet. I hope this helps

Two months before I texted you this, you were 190.9 lbs. A month ago you were 188.9. Twenty two days before I texted you at this moment you were thinking you weren't cutting it.

But Fourteen days before you were 186.4. And 8 days ago you were 184.1 and had reached your goal at that point.

You are focusing on the 185.6 of today. But you are 5.3 pounds better than you were two months ago, and 3.3 pounds better than you were just a month ago. And as of today you have lost over 64 POUNDS IN 15 MONTHS!! :clap: :clap:

And you know a week ago you were 6.8 pounds better than when you started so you have shown you CAN do it. AND YOU STILL ARE BETTER NOW THAN YOU WERE! YOU ARE 64 POUNDS BETTER THAN YOU WERE 15 months ago!! :heart::heart::heart::heart:
