Good morning Varsha, don't beat yourself up for what happened before today, you woke up with a new attitude, try to make one small change at a time, I find that when we set unrealistic goals I am so much more likely to quit. Maybe start with increasing your water, or going for a short walk. You can totally do this. I hope you have an awesome day - :)
