I am probably not going to make the goal gor this one- but I am still proud of my progress! I think that 4% in 4 weeks is a little too ambitious for me at this stage of my weightloss journey. But im down almost 5lbs now in 3 weeks so thats great progress, and im happy with it 😘

Ever have a day where you are hungry all day for a craving? That’s me today. Problem is I don’t know it is so I’m just constantly taking all these little snacks but you know how those add up so quickly. Time to rely on that food tracker and honesty to keep me on course!!

I find when I'm hungry, if I chew on a piece of beef jerky for a long time it will satisfy my craving.

I used to use long distance runs as my target for keeping my weight down. I stopped my runs and got complacent, gained weight, ate bad food, and had too many adult beverages. The result was I gained 20lb and blood pressure as high as 190/110. My goal is not a distance run but a run at life. Gave up the bad food, not drinking and started a workout program again. This is a run I’m going to complete!!!

  • Welcome everyone, I'm so happy you're here! My name is Jenn, I'll be your host!

    I like to do weekly challenges as part of our game, it helps to keep the game more interactive and motivating. (Optional of course)

    The first challenge is: The Water Challenge!

    Here is the challenge if you want to participate:
    Drink at least 64 oz. of water a day, 5 days this week. That's any 5 days between the start of the game until Saturday evening.

    Starting on Friday there will be a post here, at the top of the game feed, for you to comment under if you completed the challenge. The deadline to report in is Saturday 9:00 PM Pacific Time. The prize drawing will be held on Saturday shortly after that, for the $10 cash prize. Each week the prize amount goes up!

    And one suggestion, but not part of the challenge, please introduce yourself and share your goals! Let us know where you are on your weight loss/fitness journey, and what your short/long term goals are! Just for fun let us know where you are from. I live in Utah.
