I’m 47, very hard to move the needle! My breakfast is protein oats (look it up) with crazins and a little no sugar peanut butter. A little carb heavy but low sugar and healthy fat.

Do some squats in the bathroom at every bathroom break.

I like to say anything you do even it is 10 min is more than doing nothing. I am on the same boat time wise something that has helped me meal prepping. I meal prep for 3/4 days in advance. This allows me to have more time other days to exercise.
